We’ve sent out the link to the page to the Bermuda office so there may have been other donations besides mine if you’re able to check that as well.

I'll be growing what I can of a very subpar stache, and getting my move on to raise awareness and funds for men's health.

For my 5th year in a row I will be raising funds and awareness for Movember by "Grow a Mo" and "Move for Mo". I've been working hard with my rehab/physio to build back up the muscles to support my back after I herniated a disc a year and a half ago, and I am finally back being able to run reasonable distances again! I'm pledging to move, through a combination of running and cycling, 60kms in November to reflect the 60 men who commit suicide every hour. Mental health is a subject very close to my heart so its always a pleasure to push myself for this great cause.

I’m pretty sure that we all have a family member or a friend who has had cancer. Hopefully they beat it and came through. A scratchy and awkward facial grooming for a month is my little effort to raise awareness, enable jokes to be cracked, and raise some $ for a good cause.

Help Us Support Movember! As many of you know, November is not just about growing mustaches; it’s about raising awareness for men’s health issues, including prostate cancer. This cause is particularly meaningful to me, as both of my grandfathers and my wife's father succumbed to complications from prostate cancer. I'm requesting your support to help fund the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre, which provides prevention, detection, treatment and support of cancer and other health concerns in the local community. HERE'S THE GREAT THING! I'm fortunate to work for a great company - Brit Insurance - which will provide a 2-to-1 match for every dollar that I raise in this campaign. So if you donate $100, Brit will match $200, for a total donation of $300 toward this great cause. And let’s be honest—who doesn’t want to see me sport a glorious mustache? I'll be posting regular updates on his mustache-growing journey, so stay tuned for some laughs and maybe a little friendly competition! Thank you for your generosity! David

This Movember, I’m putting my upper lip to work and growing a moustache to support men’s health. Why? Because the stats are scary, and men deserve better when it comes to mental health, suicide prevention, and cancers like prostate and testicular. Every whisker I grow (no matter how questionable it looks) is for a great cause. The best part? My employer is matching all donations 2:1, so your support will go three times as far. Let’s tackle these issues together—one moustache at a time!

Having lost my dad to prostrate cancer in 2023, I’m looking to raise awareness about the importance of men’s health. By participating and supporting, you’re joining a movement that Celebrates, Educates, and Fundraises for vital men’s health initiatives.

HELP me support Men's Mental Health and help spread the word. I have had too many friends pass this year and we need to speak to each other and support one another, women included :-) Thank you for your support!
Hey everyone, as most of you know, I was diagnosed with DFSP back in 2014 however after a regular check up with my doctor, it was revealed that my PSA Level of 13 was unusually high for a 47 year old. After ultra sounds, MRI's and biopsy, I've been recently diagnosed with early stages of Prostate Cancer. I start radiation treatment in November and it will last a month. I'm hoping you can donate whatever you can to help out this cause and guys....get checked and catch cancer early.
