Instruction on how to register your Relay Team:

1) choose a Team Captain who will register your team (recommended size 10-15 people)

2) choose your method of registration

• OR download and complete this registration form, once returned we will set your team up online and provide you with the links to your "Fundraising Page"

3) a member of our Team Development Committee will contact you with your team package
