A MO SISTA IS A WOMAN WHO SUPPORTS THE POWER OF THE MO. SHE IS DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING THE MO BROS IN HER LIFE THROUGHOUT THEIR MOUSTACHE-GROWING JOURNEY. AT MOVEMBER WE ACKNOWLEDGE THE MO SISTAHOOD AND CELEBRATE THEIR ROLE AS MEN’S HEALTH ADVOCATES.

It's not an exaggeration to say that without Mo Sistas Movember would never have achieved the success it has to date. Mo Sistas have an important role in helping men to break down barriers and talk about their health. They are key to encouraging Mo Bros to share their own health journeys with each other and their health care professionals. A smile of recognition, a knowing wink or a kind word of encouragement from a Mo Sista can go a long way in helping a Mo Bro as he navigates the month of Movember.
